Our Founder
Jo is a screen producer, director and production manager with a love of real stories and the people behind them. Her work spans documentaries, branded entertainment and major commercial campaigns—bringing together creative ambition and the know-how to make it happen.
She’s comfortable asking the tricky questions, putting first-time interviewees at ease and pulling together the right crew. Whether she’s following a documentary story or working through a brand brief,
Jo looks for the thing that makes you lean in—and builds the film around it.
More recently, and in response to client needs, Jo founded Short & Social, a social-first content and social media management arm. Two brands, with Jo at the centre, connecting the dots between storytelling and how audiences watch today.
